At Claire Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • All products must be returned in one package

  • You must use the same delivery service as the original shipment

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps within 7 days of delivery:

  1. Email support@claire-jewelry.com

  2. Include:

    • A clear photo of the item

    • A description of the issue

    • Your order number

Once we review your claim, we’ll contact you to confirm your preferred resolution (refund or replacement). Shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by us.


3. Exchanges (Size, Color, Style)

If you'd like to exchange your item (e.g., wrong size or color), you're welcome to do so. You will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return and re-shipment.


4. How to Return an Item

To process your return:

  • Email support@claire-jewelry.com to request the Return Form and Return Address

  • Clearly mark your parcel as "RETURN" and declare the correct item value on the shipping form to avoid customs issues

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase inside the package


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive an email confirming the status of your refund approval

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method

  • Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  1. Double-check your bank or credit card account

  2. Contact your credit card provider—posting may take a few days

  3. Contact your bank—some banks may have additional processing time

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
